I wish I could give more than five stars. I brought my newly purchased (in VA) truck in for a Maryland inspection, and unfortunately it threw a check engine light while they were starting it. Instead of brushing me off, they immediately took the time to pull the codes, explain what they were seeing, and document everything thoroughly so I had the information I needed for the selling dealership. What impressed me most wasn’t their technical knowledge (which was excellent), it was their kindness. I had already had a very stressful week, and one of the staff members simply asked, “Do you need a hug from a stranger?” Believe it or not, I did. That simple act of compassion meant more than they probably realize. They treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine empathy, even though they weren’t the dealership that sold me the truck and had nothing to gain. They’ve absolutely earned a customer for life, and I’ll be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Thank you for reminding me that outstanding customer service still exists.

This review is coming a bit late as the service I had done was in March, but I have to say that they do excellent work. My 2010 Corolla can get some more miles on it thanks to their work. Very fair pricing, and MUCH better than taking to any nationally owned location. I will absolutely be back for future service!

A chipmunk got into my Wife's 2021 Toyota Tacoma V6 engine and chewed the wiring deep in the valley between the cylinder banks. Crownsville Automotive took us right in and handled this BIG job lightning quick! Being they are also a gas station, you can pick up your vehicle as late as 9:00PM. Collin and the staff are friendly, trustworthy and are a pleasure to deal with. I believe we have found a great garage, we will now be regular customers.

Have had multiple repairs done on a 2016 Honda Oddessy. They have been very straight forward with the cost of repairs helping me prioritize what is needed and what can wait. Excellent customer service over the phone and in-person at the shop and great on turnaround times. Would highly recommen this palce for your auto mechanic needs.

Well…… I never thought I would write a review like this but here I am. I was walking in to pickup my car and a teenage boy approached me as I dropped my wallet. I would’ve never found it and I live pretty far so it would’ve been a hastle to come back and get it. I got his name, and the legend himself… Paul. You’ve got a good employee in Paul, he’s the man💪
